A beautiful traditional Wenshan Baozhong (aka Pouchong). Light oxidation preserves the strong floral aroma of the leaves. Intensively sweet flowery aroma and a green-ish slightly savoury sweet flavour, full of summer flower notes, reminiscent of the sutropical forests around the growing area of this tea. It's a great tea to have in warm weather, mildly cooling and energizing. Can be cold-brewed in fridge overnight for the nicest summer days.
