Aged since 2002 and roasted Tie Guan Yin from Anxi, China. This tea is re-roasted multiple times over the years of maturing resulting in a deep, full bodied infusion with a pleasantly warming energy. Tie Guan Yin 2002 is suitable for cold days and late afternoons as roasting also neutralises some of the stimulants in the tea. Absolutely impressive when paired with dessert or dried fruits.
