Grown as high as 1900m, this tea is a stunning example of High Mountain oolongs. This spring harvest radiates freshness and floweriness. The tea is made of Lunaze cultivar which is particularly suitable for growing in high altitudes and makes a very complex, smooth and rich infusion.

Flavour: Very smooth and silky, floral and fresh, hints of honey and lavender, light and clear texture and no astringency or bitterness at all. There are no flaws in this tea, it embodies everything that a High Mountain oolong has to offer.

|Gong Fu brewing||3g of leaves for 120ml water. Rinsing is optional. Multiple infusions @90C, starting with 30..40 seconds and gradually increasing. This tea lasts well over 10 infusions.|
