From a 100 years old wild tea plant in Yunnan province, China. Small young leaves and buds make the finest teas with the sweetest aromas. This is a high altitude harvest – grown at 1700m. Powerful and bold, this tea is an excellent match to a chocolate cake.

Flavour: Chocolaty and rich, full bodied cup with a lot of natural sweetness and notes of barley and roasted root vegetables. Very aromatic tea with asurprisingly clean texture

Gong Fu brewing 3g of leaves for 120ml water, multiple infusions @ 95C. Start with 20 second infusions and gradually increase as required.
