30 years aged Bai Mu Dan, considered to be medicine in Chinese culture which eases digestion and calms the body. Bai Mu Dan can be successfully matured (similar to Puer teas) as maturing neutralises some of the stimulants and makes the tea deeper and rounder, but it is rare to find one of such age. This tea is easy to prepare as it can tolerate very long infusions without turning bitter.
