Known as Yunwu, this is a classic Chinese green tea, harvested from wild plants in Fujian. As the name suggests, this tea is picked during the misty days of April. The leaves are gently roasted making the flavour softer and rounder. This is an excellent green tea to enjoy in multiple infusions, yet very affordable for the quality.
