30 years aged Sheng Puer (also known as Raw or Green Puer) from Menghai, China. Despite the long ageing this Puer feels incredibly lively and fresh on the palate. Very cooling and energising, this will make a perfect cup for someone already used to Sheng Puer teas or a brave explorer looking to keep their eyes wide open.
Most people use 2 to 4 grams of tea per portion, depending on the size of your teapot or gaiwan. This tea is priced per gram to give you an opportunity to purchase a portion size that is suitable for the infusion method you have in mind. Our 80s Sheng Puer tea produces so many excellent infusions that one portion of leaves is enough for a small group to share.
