Jin Xuan is known as the milky oolong cultivar. It produces a creamy smooth infusion without any aromatizing treatment, it's just tea leaves, nothing else.
This tea is an alternative to the Ali Shan Jin Xuan tea that we usually stock. This time we've picked the same Jin Xuan cultivar but grown on a different mountain - Yi Guan Shan in the Nantou county. Nantou mountainous area is a home to many famous Taiwanese teas, such as Oriental Beauty and Dah Yeh. It's a very well suited environment for growing excellent tea.
