This is a classic roasted Tie Guan Yin oolong. The leaves were harvested in 2005. Since then they've been matured and double baked in a bamboo basket with charcoal ash. This is a traditional way of double baking Tie Guan Yin tea, it gives tea a warm, sweet and toasty character. It's an excellent tea to accompany a dinner party with excellent digestive qualities.

|Gong Fu brewing||Rinse the leaves once or twice. A variety of brewing methods work well for this tea and bring out different characteristics. A porcelain or clay teaware is best for this tea. A well seasoned Yixing pot will bring out more woody notes while porcelain will highlight the sweetness of this tea.|
